Henan YuSai Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (YuSai Machinery) is a factory-based manufacturer of e-waste recycling and precious metal refining equipment, founded in 1995 in Zhengzhou, China. E-Waste Recycling Plant

Our state-of-the-art e-waste recycling plant transforms electronic waste into high-purity precious metals — gold, silver, palladium and platinum — as well as copper, aluminum, iron and tin. From automated PCB dismantling, crushing and sorting to eco-friendly gold stripping and cyanide-free precious metal refining, we deliver profitable, compliant and environmentally safe turnkey recycling solutions. The plant achieves a metal/non-metal separation purity of 99%, a precious metal recovery rate of ≥98–99% and final purity of ≥99%.

PCB Dismantling Machine

PCB component dismantling machines are used to remove electronic components from waste PCBs. Because these components contain various precious metals, some can be sold separately at higher prices. The motherboard after component dismantling is easily broken, and the copper foil is easier to separate. Maximizing profits also reduces the workload of subsequent processes and increases the recovery rate of precious metals.

PCB Board Recycling Machine

This PCB recycling machine integrates advanced domestic and international technologies and employs cutting-edge physical recycling processes, achieving the highest separation purity for various components among similar equipment. It recovers metals, resin powder, and fiber powder from waste printed circuit boards, effectively turning waste into valuable resources; the separation purity reaches up to 99%, with a metal recovery rate of at least 99%.

Gold Stripping Machine

A gold stripping machine — also called a gold deplating machine or gold stripping system — is purpose-built equipment that removes the gold plating layer from gold-plated e-waste such as PCBs, CPUs, RAM modules, IC lead frames, connectors and other plated scrap, using a patented cyanide-free chemical stripping process. Our Gold Stripping Machine, together with the E-Waste Recycling Plant and Precious Metal Refining Plant, forms a complete e-waste recycling system, achieving a gold recovery rate of up to 99% and purity 99.99%.

Copper Electrolytic Refining Plant

Turnkey copper electrolytic refining plant — from scrap copper to 99.99% (4N) Cu-CATH-1 cathode copper in one integrated line. The plant produces 99.99% electrolytic cathode copper meeting Cu-CATH-1 / LME Grade A. Gold, silver, platinum and palladium in the feed report to the anode slime and are refined into saleable precious metal alloy, multiplying total revenue; smelting & anode casting, electrolytic cells, rectifier, electrolyte circulation & purification, cathode stripping, anode slime line, acid mist scrubbing and wastewater recycling are all delivered under one contract.

Precious Metal Refining Plant

The Precious Metal Refining Plant — also known as a gold refining plant for e-waste or urban mining equipment — is a turnkey hydrometallurgical production line that extracts high-purity gold (Au), silver (Ag), palladium (Pd) and platinum (Pt) plus electrolytic copper (Cu) from electronic scrap — waste PCBs, mobile phone boards, CPUs, gold-plated connectors, sweeps and anode slime.
