With the accelerated upgrading of electronic devices, a large volume of waste printed circuit boards (PCBs), scrapped motherboards, communication boards and other e-waste is continuously generated. PCB boards contain high-value metals such as copper, gold, silver, palladium, platinum and rhodium, known as “urban mines”. However, traditional treatment methods including incineration and simple pickling cause severe pollution and can no longer meet both environmental protection and profit requirements.

Pre-treatment – Automatic PCB Disassembly Section
The PCB disassembly equipment automatically separates electronic components from PCB substrates. High-value components enriched with precious metals such as CPUs, chips and gold-plated connectors are sorted separately. This prevents precious metals from being diluted by substrate resin, maximizes precious metal recovery benefits in subsequent procedures, and replaces inefficient manual disassembly.
Crushing and Separation Section
Materials are fed into the PCB recycling unit. Through multi-stage crushing, screening, air separation and electrostatic separation, metal particles are thoroughly separated from non-metallic resin and glass fiber powder. The separation purity of metals vs non-metals reaches up to 99%. The separated copper material can be sold directly, while non-metallic resin powder can also be comprehensively reused to reduce solid waste discharge.
Gold Stripping and Recovery Section
Gold stripping equipment adopting proprietary cyanide-free chemical gold stripping technology strips gold coatings from gold-plated components and gold-plated boards. It abandons the highly polluted traditional cyanide process, efficiently stripping gold coatings under safe and eco-friendly conditions.
Precious Metal Refining & Copper Electrolytic Refining Section
The hydrometallurgical precious metal refining production line extracts gold, silver, palladium, platinum and other precious metals from separated materials and gold-stripped enriched materials. Paired with copper electrolytic refining units, it produces high-purity electrolytic copper cathodes. The overall precious metal recovery rate of the whole system steadily reaches 98‑99%, and the purity of final precious metal products is ≥99.99%.
