Two Core Units of the Integrated System
1. Cyanide-Free Gold Stripping Machine
Adopting the patented cyanide-free chemical stripping process, this equipment is specially designed for gold-plated components and gold-plated circuit boards. It efficiently strips the surface gold-plated layers without corroding the base copper material, eliminating the safety risks of highly toxic cyanide chemicals. Featuring safe operation and supporting waste gas and wastewater treatment systems, it fully complies with environmental supervision standards. The high-gold-content enriched materials obtained after gold stripping are delivered to the subsequent refining section.
2. Precious Metal Refining Production Line
This is a turnkey integrated hydrometallurgical production line. It processes copper-enriched materials from crushing and sorting procedures as well as precious metal-enriched materials after gold stripping, and separates and purifies multiple precious metals including gold, silver, palladium, platinum and rhodium through a series of processes such as extraction, precipitation and electrolysis. The overall precious metal recovery rate of the system reaches 98-99%, and the purity of finished precious metal products is ≥99.99%, which can be directly traded in the market.
Meanwhile, a copper electrolytic refining unit can be matched to further purify the crude copper obtained from sorting into high-purity electrolytic copper cathode plates, realizing the maximum value recovery of copper resources.
